
Tennessee Pumpkin- Pumpkin pie
2 cups Pumpkin puree
2 heaping Tablespoons flour
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup water
½ cup sour cream
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Cloves
⅛ teaspoon Nutmeg
Mix together and pour into a pie crust
that was pressed into a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake in a moderate oven (350°) for 1 hour.
