Taco Seasoning

Writer: The Victorian Prepper The Victorian Prepper

¼ cup Chili powder

¼ cup Cumin

1 Tablespoon sugar

1 Tablespoon Garlic powder

1 Tablespoon Onion powder

1 Tablespoon Oregano

1 Tablspoon paprika

2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast

1 teaspoon Salt

If you have a spice mill grind all the spices salt and sugar together. Work in batches if necessary the yield is about 1 cup of taco seasoning. When I weighed it the yield was 4.5 oz . I put it in a small glass jar that I recycle from either canned mushrooms, asparagus, or red peppers, the jars are exactly the same. The jar I used holds 10 oz of water when filled to ½ inch from the rim.
