Mushroom Barley Risotto - Svamp Korn Risotto

3/4 Cup raw Barley - Korn

4 cups water

1 Tablespoon ranch dressing mix

2 Tablespoons oil

½ cup bell pepper red or green

1 medium onion

1 pound Mushrooms -svamps

1 leftover meat cut into strips or cubes.

1 Tablespoon minced garlic.


Boil the barley for 40 minutes. Sauté peppers, onion, Mushroom and meat when barley is cooked mix in the vegetables, garlic and ranch mix.
