1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon all spice
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoon unsalted butter softened
2 large eggs
1 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
2/3 cup milk, cream, sour cream or plant based white liquid.
Mix together and pour into a well greased 8 or 9 inch pie pan.
Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes
It's done when an inserted knife comes out clean. Like the toothpick test for cakes.
